I’m usually on top of my game this time of year, but for whatever reason I’ve been a teensy bit scatterbrained as of late. For instance, I wandered around Target Monday night for a solid hour only to leave without one of the three items on my list I went in for. That’s what I get for not taking my list in.
This also explains why this round up in coming to you on a Thursday instead of a Friday. Imagine my disappointment when I realized my mistake.
After seeing these gold rimmed glasses over on Color Me Styled and I knew I had to get them for the holiday soiree I’m hosting this weekend! I dropped in Sur La Table on the Plaza to pick up a set and also walked away with these gold rimmed glasses as well. I could have spent all night in there, but after the Target mishap, I was determined to get in and get out with what I came for. Plus, I needed to get home and start piecing together my makeshift bar cart (pictured above).

The team over at Thistle and Finn pride themselves on offering curated goods for the stylishly modern and I would have to agree. They sent me over this soy candle and shea butter hand cream, which both smell scrumptious. I’ve also got my eye on this bowl and I think the Bora Bora Pillow would look darling sitting on an office chair. Check them out and let me know what you think!
Sam Smith’s rendition of Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas has been on repeat for the past few days. That man can do no wrong.
Jessica’s apartment is decorated to the nines and that brick wall? To die for. I’ll just be over here anxiously awaiting the whole apartment tour.
Around these parts: My goals for 2015, Little Bits of Luxe (that you may have to express ship if you want by Christmas Eve!), make sure your bar cart is prepped for the holidays and don’t forget about the braided holiday hairstyle, the mini updo (hello, velvety bow) and the chic ponytail that will take you from work to play!

I love the Lively Show! I binge-listened to them on a recent flight. Otherwise I try to save them for a walk. The time flies when I’m listening! I’ve got to check out Sam Smith’s version. I’ve heard it mentioned more than once lately so it must be that good. Happy holidays!
