I was excited that so many of you said you’d be up for doing a little #planksgiving challenge together. So I enlisted the help of my friend Victoria and mapped it all out for us in a planksgiving 2019 calendar! You can save this image for reference, bookmark the page, or pin it!
I’ll be posting the image to my Instagram stories and crossing off as I go, as well as sharing videos throughout the month! I’d love if you shared and tagged me to help spread the word. 😊 And I’ll also be doing some random giveaways for those who are participating (think Starbucks gift cards, beauty, etc.).
I outlined a few things below. But want to also add that something is always better than nothing. Here’s to feeling stronger mentally and physically by the 30th!
