Events that center around shopping and giving back? Sign me up! I’m excited to give away four sets of single-day tickets the the Holiday Mart KC event coming taking place in mid-October.
A little background on the Holiday Mart: Each year, the Junior League hosts Kansas City’s largest shopping spree fundraiser, selling a wide variety of items from food, clothing, beauty, home decor, health and wellness, etc. They had me a food! The event draws in more than 22,000 shoppers from a five-state area, averaging about $800,000 profit from ticket sales alone – all of which is 100% reinvested into Kansas City charities.
Since it began in 1987, Holiday Mart has helped to raise nearly $9 million for Kansas City community projects and the Junior League’s mission of promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving our community.
